Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tweakshift.com, TweakShift Classic, AI Engine, digital products, licenses, subscriptions, downloads, support services, and related website features.

By accessing our website, downloading our software, purchasing a plan, or using any TweakShift product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or software.

TweakShift provides two Windows optimization tools:

TweakShift Classic — a manual Windows optimizer with 109 tweaks, Game Mode, CPU/GPU controls, network options, cleanup, and system settings.

AI Engine — an all-in-one optimizer with hardware-aware AI picks, game and goal matching, process and service management, protected exclusions, game-launch support, and session restore features.

TweakShift products are not hardware upgrades, antivirus products, internet services, or guaranteed performance boosters. Results depend on your device, Windows installation, drivers, installed apps, game settings, and overall system condition.

By using our website or software, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental permission), have the legal authority to agree to these Terms, will use our services only for lawful purposes, and that any information you provide during purchase or support is accurate and complete.

When you download, purchase, or activate any TweakShift product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software according to your selected plan. AI Engine Monthly and Annual licenses remain valid for the duration of the active subscription, while AI Engine Lifetime and TweakShift Classic Premium are one-time purchase licenses.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, rent, sublicense, or share license keys or subscription credentials.

Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, patch, bypass, or modify the software.

Use the software for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.

Remove branding, copyright notices, license checks, or protection systems.

Use one license on more devices than allowed by your plan.

Upload, share, or publish modified copies of any TweakShift tool without permission.

TweakShift Classic and AI Engine are designed to help optimize selected Windows settings and system environments. However, performance improvements are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your hardware configuration, Windows version, drivers, game settings, background processes, and existing system modifications.

We do not guarantee a specific FPS increase, ping reduction, input delay reduction, benchmark score, or performance result. Any projected or estimated results shown by AI Engine are informational only; actual results vary per system. Gaming-session improvements also depend on the number and type of background processes running on your PC.

TweakShift Classic and AI Engine may apply Windows optimizations such as registry changes, service changes, power plan changes, cache cleaning, network settings, or other system-level configuration changes. AI Engine's gaming-session features may also temporarily stop selected processes and services and restore them when the session ends. By using any product, you agree that you are responsible for deciding which tweaks or modes to activate, creating restore points before advanced changes, reviewing exclusions, and maintaining your own Windows installation and backups.

Paid products and subscriptions are sold through our website via Freemius, our trusted payment processor. Prices, plan features, and offers may change at any time before purchase. The final checkout page will show the price, currency, and applicable fees. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

TweakShift Classic Premium is a one-time payment with no recurring charges. AI Engine Monthly and Annual plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. AI Engine Lifetime is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.

TweakShift Classic and AI Engine are digital software products. We offer a 7-day limited refund policy for eligible technical issues where the software does not function as intended and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. Refunds are not issued for change of mind, performance expectations, or expired refund windows. For full details, please review our Refund Policy page before completing your purchase.

We may update TweakShift Classic, AI Engine, plan features, pricing, compatibility, or website content at any time. AI Engine subscribers receive feature updates during their active subscription, while eligible lifetime-plan users receive updates according to their purchased plan. TweakShift Classic Premium users receive lifetime software updates. We may also discontinue older versions or temporarily suspend access for maintenance or security reasons.
