Affiliate Program Terms

TweakShift Partners

Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the TweakShift Partner Program. By applying or participating, you agree to these terms and to applicable laws and platform policies. Please read the full agreement before accepting.

1. Eligibility and approval

Applicants must be legally able to enter this agreement, provide complete and accurate information, and have authority to operate their promotional channels. Applications are reviewed by TweakShift. Registration alone does not create an approved affiliate relationship. We may request additional information and may decline an application for legitimate program, compliance, or brand-protection reasons.

2. Referral links and attribution

Approved partners receive a unique referral link. Eligible referrals are attributed using our first-click system within a 30-day referral window, subject to browser restrictions, customer consent where required, technical limitations, and our fraud checks. Links, cookies, clicks, and leads do not themselves guarantee a paid sale or commission.

3. Eligible commissions

The standard partner rate is 50% of eligible product revenue after discounts and excluding tax. Freemius and payment-processing fees are not deducted from this commission base. Eligible initial purchases and qualifying recurring renewals may generate commission after payment is verified by our payment provider and properly attributed to the partner. A 100% discount or zero-value transaction creates no payable commission. We may correct calculation errors through recorded adjustments.

4. Cooling period and reversals

Commissions are initially pending and have a 30-day cooling period. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, cancellations, and otherwise ineligible transactions may reverse or withhold the related commission. If a dispute is resolved in the payment's favor, the corresponding eligible commission may be restored. Account dashboards can change as payment status changes.

5. Payouts

The minimum available payout request is USD 50. Payouts are reviewed and processed manually through Payoneer. You must provide accurate payout details and remain eligible. Processing times can vary, and Payoneer or intermediary fees, currency-conversion charges, or verification requirements may apply. TweakShift is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payout information or third-party payment checks.

6. Honest promotion and disclosures

Your descriptions of TweakShift must be honest and based on substantiated experience. Do not guarantee FPS improvements, misrepresent benchmarks, claim unsupported product features, or disguise paid endorsements. Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission near relevant recommendations and referral links, as required by applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules. You are responsible for your content and any required advertising labels.

7. Prohibited activity

Self-referrals, fraudulent purchases, fake leads, automated or forced clicks, cookie stuffing, unauthorized trademark or brand bidding, impersonation, deceptive pricing, spam, misleading ads, and unapproved coupon or incentive practices are prohibited. Do not run ads or publish materials that imply you are the official TweakShift business or support team without written permission.

8. Brand and intellectual property

TweakShift retains ownership of its trademarks, products, and content. While approved, you may use authorized brand assets solely to promote the program in accordance with supplied brand guidelines. You may not modify official assets in a misleading way, register confusingly similar names, or claim ownership of TweakShift intellectual property. Permission ends when your participation ends.

9. Accounts and security

Keep your credentials confidential, use accurate account details, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. We never need you to share your password with an administrator. Login passwords are managed by the TweakShift authentication service and are not displayed in the WordPress affiliate administration panel.

10. Taxes and compliance

You are responsible for reporting your affiliate income and handling tax, invoicing, and registration obligations that apply to you. You must comply with the laws of the locations where you operate and advertise, along with advertising-network and social-platform rules.

11. Privacy and tracking

The program processes account information, referral identifiers, click and attribution records, transaction references, payment status, and payout records for program operation, accounting, abuse prevention, and support. A first-party referral cookie may last up to 30 days and a pseudonymous visitor identifier cookie may last up to 365 days, subject to required consent and browser settings. For details on collection, retention, and your rights, please read our Privacy Policy. Where local law requires it, non-essential tracking must wait for valid consent.

12. Suspension and termination

We may investigate suspicious activity and suspend or end access for breach, fraud, legal requirements, or material risk to the program. You may stop promoting the program at any time. Valid unpaid amounts remain subject to verification, this agreement, and applicable law; fraudulent or reversed transactions do not become payable merely because an account is closed.

13. Changes to the program

We may update the program or these terms prospectively with reasonable notice when practical. Changes to commission rates do not retroactively reduce commissions already validly earned under the terms in force when those commissions arose. Continued participation after the effective date of a notified change indicates acceptance where permitted by law.

14. No guaranteed results

Affiliate participation does not guarantee traffic, sales, revenue, or acceptance into the program. The parties remain independent businesses; participation does not create employment, agency, franchise, or authority to contract on behalf of TweakShift.

15. Questions and support

For program questions, suspected account misuse, or payout enquiries, reach our team through the TweakShift contact page. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded or limited by this agreement.
